Cookie consent that takes care of itself.
Cookiemark gives your website a cookie banner built for privacy laws in Europe and around the world. It keeps Google Ads and Analytics working, finds the cookies on your site, and you set it up in minutes without writing code.
- Free scan, no account needed

How it works
Live on your website in four steps.
You don't need a developer, and you don't need to know which cookies your site uses. We work that out for you.
Add your website
Type your web address. The banner speaks 48 languages and shows each visitor their own.
Design your banner
Choose a layout, your colours and your font. The preview shows exactly what your visitors will see, and we check that the text stays easy to read.
Scan your site
We visit your website, find the cookies on it and suggest a group for each. Add them in one click and publish, and they appear in your banner and cookie policy.
Add the tag
Install our WordPress plugin, use our Google Tag Manager template, or paste one line into your site. Your banner is live.
After that, we keep watching. On paid sites
Cookiemark keeps scanning your site. When a new cookie turns up, because someone added a chat widget or a new pixel, it goes on the list and into your banner after the next scan, and you hear what changed.
- New cookies foundon every page we visit, every time we scan
- Sorted into the right groupwith who sets them and why
- Cookies removedonce they are gone from your site, from the list and the banner
- An email when your cookie list changeswhat was added and what came off
- Your banner checked on every page we scanso no page goes without it
- Google tags checkedConsent Mode is set before they start
- Banner and cookie policykept up to date by themselves, without publishing
Google Consent Mode v2
Keep your Google Ads and Analytics working.
Google requires Consent Mode v2 for visitors from Europe. Without it, you lose conversion tracking and remarketing audiences for those visitors. Cookiemark sets it up for you and passes each visitor's choice on to Google.
- Set up for you. Consent Mode is on from the moment your banner goes live. There is nothing to configure in Google.
- Your data stays usable. When a visitor says yes, Google Ads and Analytics measure as usual. When they say no, Google respects that.
- With or without Tag Manager. Use our Google Tag Manager template, or let Cookiemark handle it on its own.
Google Tag ManagerComing soon
Already using Tag Manager? We fix the consent settings for you.
Connect the Google account that manages your container. Cookiemark checks every tag that is live and shows the ones that run before the visitor agrees, with what each one should wait for.
- You see every change first. The fix goes into a separate workspace that you can preview in Tag Manager. Nothing goes live until you press Publish.
- Strict when in doubt. A tag we do not recognise waits for marketing consent until you say otherwise.
- A record of what changed. Every published fix is kept, with what each tag did before and after, and a scan checks the result.
Choose what we may use.
A/B testingOn paid sites
Find the banner your visitors say yes to.
Test two versions of your banner side by side. Cookiemark shows each version to part of your visitors, counts how many accept, and tells you when one is clearly better.
- Change what you like. Try a different layout, position, wording or button order.
- A clear answer. We email you once the difference is unlikely to be chance.
- Switch in one click. Make the winner the banner for everyone.
AI assistants
Ask your AI assistant about your cookie consent.
Connect Claude, Cursor or another AI assistant through our MCP server, and ask in plain words. Which sites have problems, what changed since the last scan, how many visitors said yes. It works with every paid site.
- "Scan all client sites and write a short report per client for our monthly meeting."
- "Did any new cookies turn up on shop.example.com? Who sets them?"
- "How many visitors accepted the banner last month, and from which countries?"
- "A visitor sent me their consent ID. What did they agree to, and when?"
Or build on the API
The same key opens our REST API, for your own tools and scripts. Agencies use it to:
- Report on every client sitePull the latest scan of each site into your own dashboard or monthly report.
- Keep the consent log in your own archiveExport choices for any period, with the banner version each visitor saw.
- Answer visitors quicklyLook up a consent ID from your helpdesk and see what that visitor agreed to.
- Publish from your deployMake a site's new banner live as soon as the site itself goes live.
Also in Cookiemark
Everything else you need, already built in.
Your cookie policy, written for you
Answer a few questions and we write your cookie policy and privacy notice. The cookie list in it updates when you add new cookies and publish.
Proof of every choice
Each choice is saved with the exact text the visitor saw. If anyone ever asks, you can show it.
See how many visitors say yes
Your dashboard shows how many visitors accept on each site, and where your visitors come from.
48 languages
Every visitor sees the banner in their own language, and you can change every word of it.
The right rules for each country Paid
Ask first in Europe, offer an opt-out in the United States, or show no banner where it isn't needed.
Light, and easy to use for everyone
The script is about 25 KB compressed, plus your own settings, and doesn't shift your layout while it loads. It works with a keyboard and screen readers.
Hosted in the EU
Made in Europe, for European privacy law.
Visitors come to your site from all over the world. Their choices all end up in one place: with us, in the EU.
We mask the last part of a visitor's IP address before we store their choice, so the log never holds a full address.
One page names each company we use and where it is. We tell you 30 days before we add one that handles your visitors' data.
The banner only stores what it needs to remember a visitor's choice. We never use your visitors' data for anything else.
Export the consent log as a spreadsheet whenever you like, for your own records.

For agencies
One dashboard for all your clients.
We built Cookiemark at a web agency, for the client sites we kept fixing by hand. It works the way an agency does.
Give a client access to their own site and nothing else.
Your logo in the dashboard, and no mention of us on your client's site.
Designers edit, account managers can view, and only the owner changes the plan.
Questions
What people ask before they switch.
Can I switch from Cookiebot without touching my tags?
Yes. Cookiemark understands Cookiebot's markup, and once you switch on Cookiebot events it sends the same Tag Manager events, so your existing triggers keep firing. Swap the script, scan the site, and check the report.
Does it work without Google Tag Manager?
It does. The script sets Google's consent signals itself and holds back any tracking code it recognises until the visitor agrees.
What happens if my site gets a lot more visitors?
Nothing changes on your site or your bill. The price depends on the number of sites, not visitors.
Where is consent stored?
The visitor's choice lives in a cookie on your own domain. The log of choices is stored in a database in Ireland, and we keep it for 6 to 24 months depending on your plan, then delete it.
Is there a WordPress plugin?
Yes. It adds the script at the top of every page, stops caching and optimisation plugins from interfering with it, and lets Safari remember the choice for the full period instead of seven days.
See which cookies your site sets before anyone says yes.
The scan is free, needs no account and checks five pages. You get the report either way.
